By accessing and using the GNS Spices website (gnsspices.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
02.Products and Descriptions
We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, ingredients, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Colours may vary slightly due to photography and display settings. Product packaging may differ from images shown.
03.Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of products.
04.Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
05.Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India and to select international destinations. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
06.Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@gnsspices.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. Perishable goods cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.
07.User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@gnsspices.com of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
08.Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of GNS Spices and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
09.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNS Spices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10.Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
11.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
